The proposed improvement works will involve the following: Construction of Eel passes over the gauging weirs as named above and construction of access steps to enable inspection and maintenance of these Eel passes. This was confirmed by both Wrexham CBC and Gwynedd Council. An Environmental Report comprising an Environmental Action Plan (EAP) has been produced for each site, summarising actions required to implement the environmental mitigation and outcomes in relation to the design, construction, operation of the proposed works.  It also identifies roles and responsibilities of those involved in the project and refers to all temporary and permanent works.
