Any person or organisation may object to the Order. Any such objection or representation should state the grounds in which it is made and should arrive no later than the 15^th February 2026. Comments arriving after this date will only be accepted as duly made in exceptional circumstances. Objections, representations or comments cannot be treated as confidential.
