Introduction

We are evaluating the difference that Natur Am Byth! makes to you as an Artist(s). As part of this, we would like to know about your experience which will allow us to continuously enhance our programme.

There are 18 questions which we expect will take up to 20 minutes to complete. 

Please note that all questions in this survey are optional, and you are welcome to skip any question that you do not feel comfortable answering. The survey includes some questions around wellebing. If you find any of the questions triggering and need further support, please contact the Natur am Byth People Engagement Co-ordinator (Kristy Williams), who is a Mental Health First Aider.
