We are delighted to invite you to the upcoming MineXChange Conference, taking place at the Leonardo Hotel, Cardiff on Wednesday 12th November 2025.

Building on the success of last year’s event and the excellent feedback we received, this year’s theme focuses on metal mine remediation, with a strong emphasis on research, development, and innovation in delivering solutions.

This conference will bring together leading experts from industry, academia, NGOs, and government agencies to explore the latest developments in abandoned mine remediation, environmental research, heritage conservation, and biodiversity enhancement.

It will be hosted by Natural Resources Wales and the Mining Remediation Authority (formerly the Coal Authority), as part of the Wales Metal Mines Programme.

The event is free to attend, and spaces are limited.
