LLŶR FLOATING OFFSHORE WIND PROJECT
Notice is hereby given that Llŷr Floating Wind Limited has furnished Natural Resources Wales (“NRW”) with further information in relation to the above application pursuant to regulation 14 of the Marine Works (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2007 (‘the EIA Regulations’). Notice of the application and the environmental statement was published on 27 November 2024 and 2 December 2024 in the Wester Telegraph and Milford Mercury.
Llŷr Floating Wind Limited has applied to NRW for a marine licence under Part 4 of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009. The Project comprises of the construction, installation, operation, maintenance and subsequent decommissioning of up to 10 floating offshore wind turbine generators located approximately 35 km from the Pembrokeshire coast in the Celtic Sea. The project requires EIA consent and is subject to the requirement for an environmental impact assessment (‘EIA’) under the EIA Regulations. An environmental statement has been prepared by the applicant.
Copies of the further information are available for public inspection free of charge during normal office hours of 9am to 5pm at Pembroke Dock Library, Water Street, Pembroke Dock, Pembrokeshire, SA72 6DW from 5 February 2026 for a period of 42 days from the date of this notice.
