Notice Of Application For The Creation Of Drainage Features Including A New Outfall To The River Dee.

Notice is hereby given that Industrie Cartarie Tronchetti (ICT) UK Ltd and Crag Hill Estates Ltd (CHEL) has applied to Natural Resources Wales (“NRW”) for a marine licence to carry out a regulated activity under the Marine and Coastal Act 2009. The application is for the creation of drainage features including a new outfall to the River Dee.
