Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009 Notice of Application for Marine Dredging at Swansea Yacht and Sub Aqua Club (SYSAC) Marina

Notice is hereby given that Swansea Council has applied to Natural Resources Wales (“NRW”) for a marine licence to carry out a regulated activity under the Marine and Coastal Act 2009. The application is for water injection dredging to restore the required navigational depths within Swansea SYSAC Marina on the River Tawe, to occur every other year from winter 2024/2025 until March 2033.
