Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009 Notice of Application for Future Port Talbot Marine Ground Investigations

Notice is hereby given that Associated British Ports Holdings Limited has applied to Natural Resources Wales (“NRW”) for a marine licence to carry out a regulated activity under the Marine and Coastal Act 2009. The application is for ground investigations works including boreholes, Van Been grabs and vibrocores. Works will take place sin the harour, within the inner dock, and at the dock entrance into the Afon Afan.
