Notice of Application for annual maintenance dredging campaigns by water injection methods at Aberystwyth Marina

Notice is hereby given that Western Marinas Operations Ltd has applied to Natural Resources Wales (“NRW”) for a marine licence to carry out a regulated activity under the Marine and Coastal Act 2009. The application is to undertake an annual maintenance dredging campaign by water injection methods at Aberystwyth Marina. Each campaign will remove up to 32,000 cubic metres of sediment to ensure a maximum depth of -2.0 metres CD.
