Notice is hereby given that Mr Mark Llewellyn has applied to Natural Resources Wales (“NRW”) for a marine licence to carry out a regulated activity under the Marine and Coastal Act 2009. The application is for an existing house is to be demolished and replaced with a dwelling together with the associated works to an existing sea wall. A new shoreline boardwalk is also to be constructed due west of the house.
