Notice is hereby given that an inspector appointed by the Welsh Ministers will hold a virtual hearing on 15 August 2023 at 10:00
Into an appeal against the decision of Natural Resources Wales to attach conditions to a marine licence granted to Câr-y-Môr for licensable marine activities (seaweed and shellfish IMTA site) at Ramsey Sound, Pembrokeshire.
The purpose of the virtual hearing is to enable the Inspector to hear representations from the parties to the appeal on matters which cannot be dealt with in writing. Any other interested persons may also attend and be allowed to speak at the discretion of the Inspector.
