Overview

We are working to improve the Flood Warning Information Service. We need your help to make the service work for you. You can help shape the future of the service by sharing your views and experiences.

Please sign up to join our Flood Warning User Panel. This means you will be given the opportunity to take part in user research. This might be surveys, emailed questions, or conversations with a member of our team. Signing up does not commit you to anything.

Anyone can sign up to take part:

• whether you use our flood warning service, or not
• whether you have experience of flooding, or not.  

The short form asks for your contact details. There is also space to leave feedback if you have something to share already.

Why your views matter

We want to deliver a Flood Warning Information Service that works for everyone, that provides useful warnings and the right information in the right way.

We need to hear from you to understand what works and what doesn't work for you, what you like and dislike, want and need. The more we understand our users, the better the service we can provide. 

We'd love feedback from a wide range of people and businesses. It doesn't matter who you are, or what you do, your views are important to us.
