What do you think of our Timber Matters newsletter? Do you read it? Does it give you the information you expect in a timely way? Do you think it can be improved?
Timber Matters was one of our new channels that we put in to place in May 2019, as part of our commitment to improving our communication and engagement with you.
Our relationship with you is important to us and we recognised that we had work to do to re-establish trust and confidence. Since then we’ve been working hard to improve our channels of communication, but we know there is always room for improvement. Your feedback is an important part of this.
We’re running a short one page customer survey to help us understand what news and information you want to hear from us going forwards, so we can make sure we are sharing updates that are important and relevant to you.
We want to make sure you are getting the information you need from us so we can address any issues quickly and efficiently and make sure we are improving our customer service.
The information from the survey will be used to help us to identify areas for improvements so we can ensure our communications are as effective as possible, to help us better support you as our customers and the timber industry and deliver the best outcomes for Wales.
