Extra Sessions: The Control of Agriculture Pollution Regulations / Sesiynau ychwanegol: Rheoliadau Rheoli Llygredd Amaethyddiaeth

Overview

This is not an NRW organised event, it will be run and delivered by ADAS consultants

On the 13th of November and the 1st of December 2023 Farm Consultants from ADAS will be providing training workshops to help farmers comply with some of the requirements of the Control of Agriculture Pollution Regulations that apply in Wales.

Attendance at the events is free however spaces are limited.

Both dates involve the same training, please only register for one.

Across the course of a 3 hour session attendees will be assisted to fill out the Welsh Government Nutrient Management Planning workbook, and produce Risk Maps for their holdings.

The events will be run at:

Newchurch Farm Shop on the 13th of November or;

Raglan Livestock Market on the 1st of December

The events will take place between 10:45 – 14:30

Arrival at 10:45 to make a prompt 11:00 start.

Working lunch 12:30 – 13:00.

Finish at 14:00.

A light lunch and refreshments will be provided.

Attendees should leave the workshop having made significant progress towards completing the Nutrient Management Planning Workbook and Risks Maps for their farms, and have the understanding to complete both in their own time.

At the end of the event there will be information and someone on hand to answer questions about Nature Based Solutions supported through

the Central Monmouthshire Opportunities Catchment Project which can benefit farm resilience, sustainability, and safeguard the environment.

Please note: signing up to this event does not guarantee a position at the workshop. Private invitations will be issued following interest. Further workshops are planned with dates yet to be identified.

Mae'r ddau ddyddiad yn cynnwys yr un hyfforddiant, felly cofrestrwch ar gyfer un yn unig os gwelwch yn dda.

Yn ystod sesiwn 3 awr o hyd, bydd mynychwyr yn cael cymorth i lenwi llyfr gwaith Cynllunio Rheoli Maetholion Llywodraeth Cymru, a chynhyrchu Mapiau Risg ar gyfer eu daliadau.

Ar ddiwedd y digwyddiad bydd gwybodaeth ar gael a bydd rhywun wrth law i ateb cwestiynau am ddatrysiadau naturiol a gefnogir trwy Brosiect Dalgylch Cyfleoedd Canol Sir Fynwy a all fod yn fuddiol o ran gwytnwch y fferm, cynaliadwyedd a diogelu’r amgylchedd.

Sylwch: nid yw cofrestru ar gyfer y digwyddiad hwn yn gwarantu lle yn y gweithdy. Bydd gwahoddiadau preifat yn cael eu hanfon yn dilyn diddordeb. Mae gweithdai pellach wedi'u cynllunio ond nid yw’r dyddiadau wedi’u trefnu eto.
