Survey of woodland use in North Cardiff

Closed 21 Sep 2020

Opened 10 Aug 2020

The woodlands in North Cardiff are some of the most popular and most visited in Wales.

They offer a gateway for people to explore the outdoors and enjoy nature, and a stone's throw away from the biggest and most densely populated areas in the country.

Natural Resources Wales, along with its partners, manage many of these woodlands for many different reasons.

Woodlands such as Fforest Fawr, which is the stunning backdrop to Castell Coch, a famous castle nestled in the trees above the village of Tongwynlais.

We would like to know how and why you use these woodlands and how they could be improved.

Your feedback will provide valuable insight to help us improve how they are managed for people and for nature.

Please take a few minutes to complete our survey.
